This prayer is modified from a prayer in the Northumbrian Office.  I don't think we need necessarily expect it to be answered today, but it might be worth trying to pray it today:

Lord,
let our memory
provide no shelter
for grievance against others

Lord,
let our hearts
provide no harbour
for hatred of others

Lord,
let our tongues
be no accomplice
to the judgement of others
